1.  All Classes are 45 minutes in length. This includes time for instructors to assess and communicate with students regarding their status and progress.
  2. All Classes must be paid in full, in advance.
  3. All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Accounts will be charged the full session rate for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis. The 24-hour cancellation allows us to re-book waiting for students with the instructor.
  4. No Refunds on Wedding Packages purchased. At the discretion of the management, credit may be given toward future sessions in special circumstances.
  5. The Wedding Dance New York is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
